The Online B.A. in Exercise Science program focuses on kinesiology concepts in human movement, exercise and management. The Exercise Science degree prepares students for positions in coaching, fitness and wellness centers, health and wellness education, personal training and rehabilitation sciences.

The Online Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science degree also prepares students for post-baccalaureate study in areas such as aging, athletic training, biomechanics, chiropractics, exercise physiology, human growth, sports management, sport psychology and more.

KHS-220 - Research Methods

This course is designed to expose students to the principles and concepts necessary for understanding the basic elements of research in kinesiology and allied health. Students will learn about the research process, types of measurement and research, and proper writing style. Emphasis will also be placed on locating and evaluating credible evidence from various sources. Concepts from this course will assist students in applying research methods to topics within their own fields of interest.

  3. Submit a typed personal statement that answers the questions listed below.  Completed statements should be labeled with your name, academic program, and your contact information and submitted via mail, email or fax. Each question should be answered in a minimum of 300 words (1 page).
