Graduate Outcomes

At Concordia University St. Paul, we can’t wait to see what our students accomplish during their time here and when they graduate. Our small class sizes, caring professors, and tight knit community equip our graduates for a lifetime of career success and service. Needless to say, we’re quite proud. Not only do 95% of CSP grads transition to a full-time career or to further their education one year after graduation, they also earn more than the national average, 44% more to be exact. Oh, and they also have the highest average salary among Minnesota private school grads four years after graduation.

After graduation, our graduates move on to work with some amazing employers, continue on to graduate school, or land an internship with some of our local partners. CSP’s Office of Career Development provides many resources to support students and alumni with their career goals, including help with employment and graduate school research, resumes, networking, and interview skills. Our integrated career development plan meets you where you are, and provides you with tools and strategies to support you in achieving your current and future career goals.
