Military Service Scholarship

Concordia University, St. Paul offers a $2,000 military service scholarship for veterans, military service members and spouses who do not receive Yellow Ribbon Program or Vocational Rehabilitation Program benefits. Recipients can apply the scholarship to adult undergraduate or graduate programs.

Our flexible programs help you get your career off the ground with a $2,000 military service scholarship, which is available to veterans and their spouses, and which may be applied to any of Concordia University’s undergraduate or graduate programs.

We are here to support your education goals through a staffed Veterans Resource Center. This on-campus resource is available to veterans and their spouses, and is designed to help you maximize your benefits for higher education. The Veterans Resource Center will help you begin the admission application process, apply for benefits and learn what resources are available to you as a student at Concordia University.

  • Find the Degree Program That is Right for You: Concordia University offers a broad range of online and traditional undergraduate and graduate degree programs to meet your education and career goals. Work with Concordia University’s Student Veteran Liaison to select a program and apply for admissions.
  • Earn Military Credits: Turn your years of service into college credits. Concordia University will transfer up to 32 credits from military service that you can apply to your bachelor’s degree.
  • One-on-One Support: Schedule a meeting with Concordia University’s Coordinator of Military Services, Charlie Hines, for one- on-one support in identifying and obtaining your military benefits. Contact admissions@csp.edu or call (651) 641-8758 to schedule an appointment.
  • Maximize Your Benefits: Concordia University’s financial aid office is ready to work with you in order to make earning your degree affordable. Complete a Veterans Benefits Form to maximize your benefits.
