The Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Educational Leadership degree at CSP Global is designed to prepare practitioners and scholars to meet the learning needs of students in the contemporary educational setting. How You Learn
The M.A.Ed.: Educational Leadership degree is an accelerated 20 month cohort program. Students take one course at a time every eight weeks, with the option of face-to-face modality, as well as the synchronous or asynchronous online learning format, with a weekly discussion board engagement, and optional virtual meetings.
Career Outcomes
A significant number of graduates from the program have advanced to the role of Instructional Coach, Teachers on Special Assignment (TOSA), Classroom, Department, and or Professional Learning Community (PLC) Leadership. This degree is excellent preparation for those who desire advancement to the Educational Specialist and or a terminal degree. The M.A.Ed.: Educational Leadership degree resides in the Department of Graduate Teacher Education. Some of the incentives through the program include:
