Overview

The Online B.S. in Radiologic Science Leadership program allows students to complete their degree while maintaining their current careers as Registered Radiologic Technologists. The Bachelor’s in Radiologic Science Leadership prepares students to develop leadership skills and gain exposure to health care administration. Students will graduate the program with critical thinking skills that they can use in both their professional and personal lives.

RAD-250 - Leadership Communication

This course emphasizes the communication processes of leadership with particular focus on assessing and researching leadership skills, strategic organizational planning, decision making, problem solving, mentoring employees, collaborative team management skills, cultivating a supportive work environment, change management, facilitation and meeting management skills, presentation skills and interviewing skills.

Requirements

For admission consideration, a student must:

  1. Have an Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology from a regionally accredited college or university
  2. Apply Online
  3. Final and official transcripts from all previous institutions attended* If you have attended a MNSCU college or university we also ask that you provide an official accompanying DARS or MnTC goal area worksheet.  Concordia accepts completed goal areas.* If you have less than 20 college credits completed, you will need to submit your official high school transcript as well as any college level courses you have taken.
  4. Submit a typed personal statement that answers the questions listed below.  Completed statements should be labeled with your name, academic program, and your contact information and submitted via mail, email or fax. Each question should be answered in a minimum of 300 words (1 page).
    • What has led you to pursue your undergraduate degree?
    • What are your long term personal and professional goals?

*128 credits need to be completed to earn bachelor’s degree
